This worksheet is designed to guide you through my teaching and guided meditation called Fruit of the Spirit. Use this worksheet on your own or with a group.

The fruit of the spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control. This passage has always been familiar to me, and has become more precious to me in recent years as I look for ways to define how God’s presence has shaped me and the difference that following Christ has made in my life. When we are led by the spirit, the spirit grows these qualities in our lives. I hope that when I look back on my life, I can see my growth in how I exhibited these qualities.
