Patient Nurture Meditation Worksheet
This worksheet is designed to guide you through my teaching and guided meditation called Patient Nurture. Use this worksheet on your own or with a group.
Wherever you find yourself today, it’s ok. You have permission to feel however you feel. Motherhood comes with a variety of feelings and challenges. You have permission to hold all the feelings in tension. I’m going to give you some time to just let yourself feel exactly how you feel right now. As you have thoughts and feelings come up, notice them without judgment. Don’t push anything down that feels too scary to deal with. The only way through this season is acknowledgment and gentleness.
You will receive access to a printable PDF document (8.5 x 11 inches). No physical product will be mailed.
